The Byzantine church of Agia Theodora is located near the village Vasta of Megalopolis. Seventeen giant trees have grown on its roof and a spring sprouts from its foundation. According to tradition, the church was built on the place, where Agia (St.) was tormented. She died saying: My body should be a church, my blood water and my hair trees.
